Germany Sends New Military Aid Batch to Ukraine Including Leopard Tanks
According to updated data from the German Ministry of Defense, Germany has transferred a new batch of military aid to Ukraine, including artillery shells, Leopard 1 AP tanks, machine guns, drones, rifles, and ammunition.
The latest package of assistance includes:
10 Leopard 1 A5 tanks
20 machine guns for Leopard 2, Marder, and Duchs
8,500 155mm shells
20 Vector reconnaissance drones with spare parts
34 RQ-35 Heidrun reconnaissance drones
A Beaver bridge-laying tank with spare parts
A Duchs armored engineer vehicle
A Bergepanzer 2 armored recovery vehicle with spare parts
Four Wisent 1 mine-clearing tanks with spare parts
Two mine plows
400 LED lights
16 Zetros tank trucks
540 MK 556 assault rifles
80 HLR 338 sniper rifles with 60,000 rounds of ammunition
111 CR 308 rifles
1.8 million rounds of ammunition for firearms

Earlier this month, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz assured that Ukraine will continue to receive support from Germany and other Northern European countries after meeting with their heads of government.
