Helicopter Crash in Russia’s Kirov Region Claims Four Lives
A medical Mi-2 helicopter crashed in Russia’s Kirov region on October 26, resulting in the deaths of all four people on board. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) reported that the helicopter made a “hard landing” in a wooded area near the village of Belienki.
According to initial information from the MChS , the aircraft carried a pilot, a doctor, and two paramedics. The first responders initially located the bodies of three victims, later discovering the fourth. The Mi-2, operated by the company VyatkaAvia, had been in service for nearly 38 years, as confirmed by Russia’s civil aircraft registry, reported by TASS news agency.
