Russia Attacks Civilians and Paramedics in Kherson Region, Killing 2 and Injuring 3

On Friday, July 19, Russia carried out a drone strike on an ambulance brigade in the suburbs of Kherson city, Ukraine, injuring two medical workers.

Both paramedics, a 32-year-old woman, and a 63-year-old man, suffered a blast injury and a closed traumatic brain injury. Their condition is assessed as moderate.

Additionally, Russian troops set fire to an apartment building in Bilozerka village. As a result, two women were killed.

Around 10:00 am, a man came under Russian fire in Antonivka, Kherson region, receiving a blast injury, a shrapnel wound to the right forearm.

Russia consistently targets humanitarian workers. A World Central Kitchen truck delivering food was struck by a Russian drone-fired explosive device yesterday near Oleksandrivka, Ukraine.
