On July 11, in a vote, the UN General Assembly called for Russia to halt its attacks on Ukraine and unconditionally withdraw all its military forces from Ukrainian territory. The resolution additionally demands that Russia “urgently withdraw” its military and other unauthorized personnel from the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and “immediately return” the plant to full Ukrainian control — to ensure its safety and security.
