Russia unleashed a massive combined missile-and-drone attack on Kyiv and the surrounding region overnight, killing at least 13 people, damaging a children’s hospital, and striking food warehouses and Red Cross facilities even as Ukrainian air defenses intercepted most of the incoming targets.
