4 Killed, 21 Injured in Russian Strike on Dnipropetrovsk Region
A Russian attack on the Dniprovskyi district of Dnipropetrovsk region has resulted in four deaths and injuries to 21 individuals, including one child, according to local authorities.
The strike caused fires in a two-story building and two residential areas. Emergency responders have extinguished the blazes, which affected an area of over 300 square meters. A total of 29 rescue workers and six emergency vehicles were deployed to manage the aftermath.
The Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported that among the injured is an 11-year-old boy currently hospitalized in stable condition. Other injured individuals, including six in critical condition, are receiving medical care for injuries such as fractures and internal trauma.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in his evening address, confirmed that the strike had damaged civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings and a store in Tsarychanka. He emphasized ongoing rescue operations in the area.
