Explosion Rocks Temporarly Occupied Berdiansk, Killing Russian Troops and Destroying Vehicles

Ukrainian military intelligence has reported a blast in the temporarily occupied city of Berdiansk that resulted in significant Russian losses in personnel and equipment.
According to the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense on December 1, the incident occurred at 22:20 on November 19, at the entrance to the city, where a group of Russian servicemen had gathered beneath a propaganda billboard. Their conversation was abruptly cut short by a powerful explosion.

HUR says the attack was carried out jointly by Ukrainian military intelligence and the Resistance Movement. Five members of Russia’s so-called National Guard were killed, while four more were seriously wounded. Two Russian pickup trucks and a “Tigr” armored vehicle were also damaged.
“The explosion caused panic among occupation forces, prompting the rapid arrival of ambulances and fire crews at the scene,” HUR concluded.
Earlier, Ukrainian military intelligence carried out a sabotage strike against Russian occupation forces near Berdyansk in the southeastern Zaporizhzhia region, hitting a group of fighters from the “Akhmat” unit who were reportedly engaged in illicit fuel smuggling.
