Ukraine has received at least eight German-made tracked Armoured Combat Support Vehicles (ACSV) built by Flensburger Fahrzeugbau Gesellschaft (FFG), according to Militarnyi on January 21.

The delivery adds a new protected, tracked support platform that can be adapted for different battlefield tasks through interchangeable mission modules, according to FFG’s published specifications for the ACSV G5.

Separately, open-source video posted on X by The Dead District described a “LAV 6.0 ACSV Super Bison” with Ukraine’s 501st Naval Infantry Brigade, indicating ACSV-labeled vehicles have already been visible in Ukrainian service.

FFG says the vehicle’s key performance figures include a top speed of 74 km/h and a range of about 600 km, with additional endurance for extended operations.

Shephard reported on January 21 that Ukraine had taken delivery of at least eight ACSV platforms funded by the German government, while noting the Netherlands is using the same ACSV family as the basis for elements of its planned ground-based short-range air defense capability.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukraine’s defense industry plans to unveil a prototype of a domestically produced tracked armored vehicle by the end of the year, reflecting ongoing efforts to expand homegrown tracked platforms alongside foreign‑supplied systems.
