How Ukrainian Vampire Bomber Drones Withstand Fire and Jammer Attacks in Vovchansk

Heavy bomber drones "Vampire" have repeatedly proven their reliability. Resistant to electronic warfare (EW) impacts, they can withstand hits from firearms, “Hart” Offensive Guard Brigade reported on their official Telegram channel on July 23.
Combined with their precision, these drones are a formidable and effective argument in the "discussion" with the occupier, brigade claims.
Operators with the pseudonyms "Raccoon" and "Scorpion" of the "Hart" brigade give a hard time to the occupiers in the Vovchansk direction on the eastern front. And their resistance is effective.
"We work by dropping payloads on shelters and enemy clusters. The most spectacular was on a warehouse where enemy ammunition was stored," says "Raccoon."
Additionally, if electronic warfare systems (EW) are active, the drone’s video feed is the first to be affected, followed by its control. However, the advantage lies in its ability to automatically return home, to the point of departure. The UAV's reliability allows it to function even after severe damage.
"There was a case during a combat sortie when the enemy opened fire and hit our drone. A bullet hit it, passed through the entire battery, and got stuck. Despite the hit, the battery held up, and the drone managed to return to the takeoff point,” says “Scorpion”.
“As for reliability and effectiveness, the drone is quite good. It reaches its destination and performs the drop," he continued.
"Electronic warfare tools hardly affect it. This drone instills great fear in the enemy. Before we approach them, they spread the word through all their channels to take cover because 'Baba Yaga' is coming toward them," drone operator concluded.
Baba Yaga is a figure from Slavic folklore, often depicted as a supernatural, witch-like old woman living in a hut on chicken legs in the forest.
