“Nuclear terrorism is unacceptable. Ukraine continues to insist on increasing international pressure on Russia to fully comply with all IAEA resolutions and return ZAES under Ukrainian control!” Lubinets stated.
The resolution also reaffirmed the mandate for the continuous operation of the IAEA mission despite Russia’s ongoing attempts to obstruct its work.
Previously, it was reported that IAEA Chief Rafael Grossi warned that Russia’s full invasion of Ukraine has compromised six key safety pillars at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
