North Korean Delegation Member Drowns During Working Visit to Moscow

A member of the North Korean delegation drowned in a water body during a working visit to Moscow. 64-year-old Kim Kum Chol decided to relax on a beach in Zelenograd due to the intense heat in the city, but then went missing.

This was reported by Russian media.

After Kim Kum Chol did not return from the water, his colleagues became alarmed and contacted the police. His body was found only the next day and was identified. An investigation is currently underway.

The deceased was a representative of a Korean agricultural enterprise. He had come to Moscow as part of a delegation and was staying at the North Korean embassy.
