Russia Hits Downtown Kharkiv With Guided Bombs, Killing One, Injuring 9
On the morning of Tuesday, April 30, Russia attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs.
According to the Governor of the Kharkiv Region, Oleh Syniehubov, Russia used guided aerial bombs to hit the city center. Two strikes were reported.
Russia targeted the Kyivskyi and Kholodnohirsky districts, killing a 24-years-old man and injuring 9 people. These data are preliminary, as the liquidation of the consequences is still ongoing. All the rescue services are working on-site.
The Kharkiv Region is under constant attacks, with Russia using guided aerial bombs, artillery, and tanks.
Russia has recently intensified its attacks on both Odesa and Kharkiv, Ukraine’s two largest cities after Kyiv. Yesterday, on April 29, Russia attacked Odesa with cluster bombs, killing 5 people and injuring 32.
