Russia Hits Kharkiv Region With Guided Aerial Bombs, Injuring 12 People

Russia Struck Derhachi city in the Kharkiv region with guided aerial bombs, hitting a residential area. 

As of now, 12 victims have been reported, among them three children. Most have blast injuries and acute reactions to stress.
