Russia Strikes Dnipro, Killing At Least Two and Damaging Infrastructure

Local Governor Serhii Lysak reported that Russian forces have launched a missile attack on Dnipro. The assault has resulted in the deaths of at least two people and significant damage to the city’s infrastructure.
