Russia Strikes Kharkiv Region, Killing 2 People and Injuring 7

On September 12, at 12:40 local time, Russian forces struck Borova in the Izium district of Kharkiv region. Two people were killed and seven were injured, reports Oleh Syniehubov, the head of Kharkiv’s Regional Military Administration.

Preliminarily, the Russian army used cluster munitions against a residential area, setting at least five houses on fire.

Russian forces employed a double-tap tactic, according to Oleh Syniehubov.
