Russian forces struck Kharkiv with two guided aerial bombs, hitting a residential building, killing at least 4 people and injuring 31.

“There are people under the rubble. One of the high-rise buildings was hit directly,“ wrote the Head of the Kharkiv Region State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

According to preliminary information, Russia hit two residential high-rise buildings in the Kyivskyi and Saltivskyi districts in Kharkiv..

The residential building that was hit in the Kyivskyi district had already been shelled by Russia at the beginning of the war. It was almost repaired, all the windows were installed, insulated, and prepared for the heating season.
