Russia Strikes Myrnohrad With Aerial Bomb, Killing 1, Injuring At Least 4

On August 17, Russian forces attacked Myrnohrad in Donetsk region with an aerial bomb. One person was killed and at least four people have been injured.

“One person was killed and at least four people have been injured as a result of the shelling of Myrnohrad. This evening, the city came under enemy fire once again. The Russians targeted an unfinished nine-story building. It is confirmed that three people have been injured. There are likely other casualties as well—this information is being confirmed,” stated Head of Donetsk region Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin.

The rescue operation is ongoing.
