Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Goncharenko who is on the site of the attack, reported that Russia killed at least 8 people in the attack.

Emergency services are actively working at the scene to provide aid and assess the damage. Local authorities have urged residents to remain in shelters and follow safety instructions amid the ongoing threat of further strikes.

“These are not random strikes — these are demonstrative strikes. After calls and meetings with Putin, after all the false gossip in the media about allegedly ‘refraining’ from strikes. Russia is showing what it is really interested in: only war. And this message should be heard in all parts of the world, from the halls where the G20 members meet to all the capitals of the world,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commenting Russian attack.
