Russian Cluster Munition Attack Injures Medics and Civilians in Vovchansk Village, Kharkiv Region

Russian forces launched a cluster munition attack on a village in the Vovchansk community of Kharkiv region.

The attack caused widespread damage to homes and infrastructure. Among the injured were two medical workers, two drivers, and the head of the Vovchansk Military Administration, as reported by local Governor Oleh Syniehubov.
