Lubinets condemned the act as a violation of the Geneva Conventions and called on international organizations, including the Red Cross and the UN, to document this latest war crime.

He emphasized that such actions aim to demoralize, society, as well as organizations, including the Red Cross and the UN, to document this latest breach of human rights.

“I want to emphasize that these demonstrative fines are meant to demoralize Ukrainian society. However, witnessing such actions should only strengthen our resolve to fight the aggressor,” he wrote.

“I have sent letters to international organizations, including the ICRC and the UN, urging them to document yet another human rights violation by Russia,” he added.

Previously, CNN has released exclusive drone footage showing Russian forces executing three Ukrainian soldiers who were surrendering near Pokrovsk, eastern Ukraine, in late August.
