On September 20, Russian forces launched a missile attack on Odesa.

Debris, presumably from an "Iskander-M" missile, damaged port and civilian infrastructure, as well as a civilian vessel flying the Antigua flag.

Four civilians were injured and are receiving all necessary assistance, stated Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

“Law enforcement is documenting the aftermath of yet another crime committed by the Russians,” Kiper wrote.
