In the Nemyshlianskyi district, Russia’s strike killed a girl, 14 years old, right on the playground.
Three people were killed in a burning high-rise building in the Industrialnyi district.
At least 28 people were injured, reported the Head of the Kharkiv Region State Administration Oleh Syniehubov.
President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commented on the attack.
“This strike was done using a Russian guided aerial bomb. A strike that could have been avoided if our Defense Forces had the ability to destroy Russian military aircraft at their bases. We need strong solutions from our partners to stop this terror. This is an absolutely fair need. And there is no rational reason to limit Ukraine’s defense. We need long-range capabilities. We need the implementation of agreements on air defense for Ukraine. It is about saving lives.”
