Ukraine’s 110th Mechanized Brigade Shoots Down Fourth Su-25 in Two Weeks

The soldiers of the 110th Mechanized Brigade shoot down another Russian Su-25 fighter jet in the Donetsk region.

This was reported by the 110th Brigade on their official social media accounts.

“Anti-aircraft forces from the 110th Brigade continue to down the Moscovite’s planes for illegally crossing the border. Another enemy Su-25 has been downed! Its remains are smoldering in the Donetsk region,” the Brigade wrote.

Su-25 is a highly protected armored subsonic bomber designed to provide close air support during daylight and nighttime, facilitating Russia’s ground troops’ execution of assaults across various sectors of the front.

Previously, on May 4, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported the 110th Brigade shooting down a Russian Su-25 fighter jet in the Donetsk region.

Another two jets were shot down on May 11 and 13.
