Ukraine’s eBaly Incentive System Drives Record 106K Drone Strikes in One Month

Ukraine’s security and defense forces set a new monthly record in the “eBaly” incentive system by using drones to “eliminate” about 33,000 Russian troops and hit more than 106,000 targets in December, according to Mykhailo Fedorov on January 5.
Fedorov stated that the Army of Drones Bonus system uses battlefield data, with each strike verified by video, which he said supports “effective management decisions.” He said units compete based on drone-strike results and can exchange points for drones and other equipment through the Brave1 Market, in addition to centralized supply.

He said Ukrainian forces recorded 106,859 drone strikes on targets in December, which he said was 31% more than in November.
Fedorov said the system logged 33,019 strikes on personnel, adding that the figure has increased each month, and reported 128 strikes on air defense and radar systems, which he described as a historic high.

Fedorov said the best-performing units were named, led by the 414th “Magyar birds” brigade and including SBU special units, National Guard and Army unmanned-systems units, assault brigades, and HUR, which together delivered the strongest drone-strike results in December.
At the same time, it was reported that the Army of Drones Bonus ensures effective combat units can access more UAVs and gear by earning points from confirmed drone strikes, decentralizing supply decisions based on battlefield performance.
