On the night of August 13-14, units of the Defense Forces and the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine attacked 4 airfields in the Voronezh, Kursk, and Nizhny Novgorod regions of the Russian Federation.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“In particular, the military airfields "Khalino", "Savasleyka", "Borisoglebsk" and "Baltimore" were affected.
Army aviation, Su-34 fighter-bombers, Su-35 fighters and other military aircraft of the enemy are based on these airfields,” the General Staff wrote.
According to the General Staff, the main targets were fuel and lubricant materials warehouses and aviation means of damage.
The results of the strike are being further clarified.
