US Special Representative for Ukraine Reconstruction Arrives in Kyiv

On Monday, July 29, 2024, Penny Pritzker, the US Special Representative for Ukraine Reconstruction, arrived in Kyiv. The news was announced by US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink on X (Twitter).

Ambassador Brink confirmed Pritzker’s arrival along with a business delegation from companies including Amentum, Clayco Inc., and Westinghouse Nuclear. She emphasized the importance of creating a transparent business environment and strengthening the rule of law for the successful reconstruction of Ukraine and its path toward EU integration.

It is worth noting that Pritzker had previously visited Kyiv in January this year with a business delegation. Her mandate, which began in September of the previous year, includes working with Ukrainian and US government agencies as well as the private sector.
