Zelenskyy to Present Ukraine's Victory Plan to Biden and US Presidential Candidates in September

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he has prepared a plan for Ukraine's victory, which includes various directions, and will present it to US President Joe Biden in September and also share it with US presidential candidates.

"Ukraine’s victory plan. I’m not sure I can say everything. One of the directions, part of which has already been implemented, is Kursk. The second is Ukraine's strategic position in the global security infrastructure. The third direction is a powerful package to pressure Russia into ending the war diplomatically. And the fourth direction is economic. I won’t go into details about all of this. The plan is prepared.

It would be fair if I first present this plan to the US President. The success of this plan depends on whether he will provide what is outlined in the plan or not… I think I will present this plan to him in September during our meeting. And I think it will be appropriate to also pass this plan to both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Because we don’t know who will be the US President. And we are very eager to implement this plan.”

The first Summit on Peace for Ukraine held in Switzerland in June 2024, which involved representatives from over 90 countries with Russia not invited. Many of these nations, including China, which did not attend the Swiss meeting, have long advocated for Moscow's inclusion.

In July 2024, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine aims hosting a second peace summit in November and expects Russia to participate.
