State-owned Ukrainian missile and precision-weapons design bureau founded in 1965 in Kyiv. Creator of the R-360 Neptune anti-ship cruise missile — which sank the Russian Black Sea Fleet flagship Moskva in April 2022 — and the Vilkha multiple rocket launcher. Also developed the Palianytsia turbojet drone-missile and entered a Neptune-2 co-development agreement with European missile prime MBDA in June 2026.
