CEO of Ukrainian Defense Industry (Ukroboronprom) for the second time, reappointed after the Ministry of Strategic Industries was liquidated in July 2025 and its functions transferred to the Ministry of Defence. Previously served as Minister of Strategic Industries (September 2024 – July 2025) and transformed Ukroboronprom from a state concern into a joint-stock company in his first stint as CEO (2023–2024). Under his leadership, Ukrainian state defense production grew 92% in 2023, reaching UAH 82 billion and placing Ukroboronprom 49th in the global Top 100 Defence Companies ranking for 2024.
