Ukraine’s Kill Zone

 

A kill zone turns terrain into a trap, using layered defenses, drones, and mines to funnel enemy forces into deadly, predictable paths—now spanning Ukraine’s entire frontline.

 

Instead of isolated positions, Ukraine built continuous, layered defenses. Fewer soldiers per position. 
More space between targets.

 

Now, Russian units are forced into narrow routes, then hit repeatedly
by drones and mines. Territory gains come at a massive cost. The kill zone slowly expands and drains manpower.
