Olga Gordiienko is a Producer at UNITED24 Media, where she leads editorial reporting teams and manages cross-platform content across the multimedia ecosystem, including the website and social media platforms. She oversees the full production lifecycle, from editorial planning to post-production, with a strong focus on short-form and reactive content.

She works closely with reporters, on-camera talent, and contributors, overseeing talent management and shaping stories into effective cross-platform narratives. Olga coordinates workflows between the editorial team, newsroom, and video production unit, aligning priorities and maintaining efficient, high-standard production processes under tight deadlines.

Throughout all stages of production, she leads communication and coordination with military units, volunteer formations, critical civilian infrastructure institutions, and representatives of the scientific and cultural communities, delivering timely, accurate, and impactful journalism that documents the war in Ukraine and communicates complex realities to a global audience.
