Kostiantyn Hlushko is a staff analyst at the international information and analytical community Resurgam. His area of expertise includes the politics of the Nordic and Baltic countries.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in Swedish Philology, English, and Dutch, and a master’s degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in International Relations, Social Communications, and Regional Studies.
In 2020–2021, he completed a six-month course titled “Culture, Identity, and Traditions in Sweden” as part of an exchange program at Linnaeus University in Sweden.
