Boy Killed as Russian Forces Drop FAB-250 Bomb on Kramatorsk High-Rise

The Russian army dropped a FAB-250 guided aerial bomb on a multi-story apartment block in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, in the early hours of 22 July, triggering a large fire and extensive structural damage.
According to Oleksandr Honcharenko, head of the Kramatorsk City Military Administration, Russian forces hit a residential high-rise in Kramatorsk, and a fire broke out at the impact site. As of 7:30, one fatality has been confirmed—a boy born in 2015. Five more people have been wounded and are receiving qualified medical assistance.”
At 09:52, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that the number of injured had risen to eight, with victims aged between 20 and 58.
In addition to the destroyed apartment block, two other residential buildings and a kindergarten were damaged. On September 25, 2024, Russian forces dropped three guided aerial bombs on Kramatorsk, killing two people and injuring twelve, including three children.
