The President also thanked all the leaders who supported Ukraine and are preparing new steps to protect life from Russian terror.

Despite Russia not taking accountability for the attack, the UN Monitoring Mission on Human Rights in Ukraine noted a strong likelihood that Kyiv's Children's Hospital "Ohmatdyt" was destroyed by a direct strike from a Russian missile.
