“EU ambassadors have just agreed on a new sanctions package against Russia—the 16th since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine three years ago. Formally adopted by foreign ministers on Monday,” Jozwiak reported.
The new EU sanctions target Russia’s aluminum industry and further tighten restrictions on Russian oil exports, according to the Financial Times.
