On March 25, The Russian presidential administration published a list of facilities in Russia and Ukraine that are subject to a temporary moratorium on strikes, as agreed upon by both Russian and US officials.

The list includes:

  • Oil refineries;

  • Oil pipelines, gas pipelines, and storage facilities, including pumping stations;

  • Power generation and transmission infrastructure, including power plants, substations, transformers, and distribution systems;

  • Nuclear power plants;

  • Dams of hydroelectric power stations.

According to a statement from the Kremlin, the temporary moratorium will be in effect for 30 days, starting from March 18, 2025. It could be extended if both parties reach an agreement.

The Kremlin added that if either side violates the moratorium, the other party has the right to consider itself no longer bound by the agreement.

Previously, it was reported that the details of the Russian-American negotiations that were held in Riyadh on March 24 will allegedly not be made public.
