President Zelenskyy Officially Acknowledges Ukraine Incursion Into Kursk Region, Russia

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the first time directly stated that Ukraine is conducting an operation in the Kursk region of Russia. He said this in the evening address.

He also instructed the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to prepare a humanitarian plan for the territory of the operation.
