Russia Attacks Kharkiv With Guided Bombs, Killing At Least 2 People and Injuring 19

Around 15:30 Russia hit the city of Kharkiv with two guided aerial bombs, killing at least 2 people and injuring 19, 18 men and one woman.

The Governor of the Kharkiv region reported that Russia struck the Kholodnohirskyi District.

Four people are reported to be in serious condition, the rest are moderately wounded.
