Russia Is Bombing Its Own Villages in Kursk Region, 27 Guided Bombs Used Today, Says General Staff

Russian forces actively use aviation in Russia’s Kursk region. Since the beginning of the day, August 21, they have carried out 17 airstrikes on populated areas of the Russian Federation using 27 guided aerial bombs.

This was reported today, on August 21, by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is reported that Russia is also shelling Ukrainian border settlements with the help of artillery, in particular, Porozok and Pozhny, Sumy region.

Ukraine officially announced carrying out an operation in the Kursk region on August 12.

Yesterday, on August 20, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported the control of 92 settlements in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
