Russia Shells Ukraine's Nikopol, Killing a Child and Injuring 3 People

On September 9, the Russian forces shelled Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine with artillery, killing 1 child, a 16-year-old girl, and injuring 3 people, the injured have shrapnel wounds. 

Private houses are reported damaged.
