Russia Strikes Kryvyi Rih, Killing at Least 8 People and Injuring 21

Russia launched a missile attack on a residential building in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, on June 12, killing 8 people and injuring 21, two children are among the injured. Another 4 people are considered missing.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The search operation is ongoing. Employees of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, communal services, and volunteers are doing everything possible to save as many people as possible. Search dogs and psychologists are working at the scene.

“Every day, every hour, Russian terror proves that Ukraine, along with its partners, must enhance its air defense systems. A missile strike by Russians on Kryvyi Rih. At this moment, there are 11 injured and 6 dead. Modern air defense systems are capable of providing maximum protection for our people, our cities, our positions. We desperately need them” the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote.
