Russia Strikes Market in Ukraine’s Kherson, Killing at Least 6 People and Injuring 6

On the morning of October 1, Russian forces attacked a market in the center of Kherson, Ukraine, killing at least 6 people and injuring 6.

This was reported by the Kherson RegionProsecutor’s Office.

As of 11:00 am, six citizens were reported killed as a result of Russia’s strike. Doctors were able to rescue the seventh victim, who was considered dead, but his condition remains very severe.

Russian forces targeted market stalls where people were buying and selling goods in the morning.
