Ukrainian Air Forces reported that Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) on the city of Dnipro, Ukraine, for the first time since the start of the full-scale invasion, according to the Air Forces report on November 21.

On November 21, Russia launched a series of missile attacks on Ukraine, including an intercontinental ballistic missile from the Astrakhan region.

In addition, an aeroballistic Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” missile from a MiG-31K fighter jet in the Tambov region, and 7 Kh-101 cruise missiles were fired from Tu-95MS strategic bombers.

Ukraine’s air defense forces successfully intercepted 6 Kh-101 cruise missiles during the nighttime engagement.

The city’s mayor reported that a Russian strike damaged the building of the rehabilitation center for the disabled.

The boiler room was destroyed and windows were smashed.

“Regarding other missiles—there were no significant consequences,” the Air Force added.

Previously, it was reported that in nearly three years of its full-scale war, Russia has launched over 10,000 missiles and more than 13,000 drones at Ukraine, spending over $17 billion on them.
