In nearly three years of its full-scale war, Russia has launched over 10,000 missiles and more than 13,000 drones at Ukraine, spending over $17 billion, according to Radio Svoboda. These figures are based on calculations using data from Ukraine's Air Force on the approximate number of missiles and drones fired during the 1,000 days of the invasion.

Some of these weapons, such as Kh-22 missiles, were manufactured during the Soviet era and incurred no direct cost to Russia's current budget.

However, Russia continues to produce advanced weaponry, including Kinzhal, Oniks, Iskander, and Kalibr missiles, as well as strike drones, enabling it to sustain its costly military operations.

Previously, the US Embassy issued alerts about potential attacks on Ukraine, leading to speculation about Russia’s plans to test the RS-26 "Rubezh," a modernized ballistic missile. This development has prompted concerns about its potential deployment and regional security implications.
