Russia targeted an area near a shop and a local market, killing at least 1 person and injuring 11.

The Russian forces continue targeting civilians in Ukraine. On October 23, Russian soldiers targeted a civilian car with a drone in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing 2 people, as reported by the Head of the Zaporizhzhia Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
