On the morning of October 24, around 10:00 am, the Russian forces attacked the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region.

Russia targeted an area near a shop and a local market, injuring at least 9 people.

The Russian forces continue targeting civilians in Ukraine. On October 23, Russian soldiers targeted a civilian car with a drone in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing 2 people, as reported by the Head of the Zaporizhzhia Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
