Russian Air Defense Factory Sabotaged in Tula—Atesh Partisans Destroy Communications Tower

Partisan movement operatives carried out a sabotage operation against a defense enterprise in Russia’s Tula region, disabling communications near a facility tied to the country’s weapons industry, Atesh reported on September 11.
The group reported that its agents “successfully disabled communications at a defense plant in Tula,” adding that the operation destroyed a communications tower located near the AO Shcheglovsky Val plant.

The factory is part of Russia’s state defense sector and is known for producing air defense systems, rapid-fire cannons, and small arms. Among its key products are the Kornet anti-tank guided missile and the Pantsir-S short-range air defense system, both widely used by Russian forces in Ukraine.
“Atesh agents previously conducted reconnaissance of this facility, which had already come under successful Ukrainian strikes,” the group said. “Now we are moving on to more active measures, destroying the plant’s infrastructure—and this is only the beginning!”
Earlier, partisans deep inside Russia have paralyzed a railway line used to deliver fuel and equipment to military factories, proving once again that there are no safe havens left for the occupiers.
