Partisan movement Atesh has published photographs showing a large field on the outskirts of Sevastopol where dozens of Russian military vehicles have been left to rust. According to the group, the site contains outdated and damaged equipment belonging to Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, with the images released on September 1.

According to Atesh, most of the vehicles are long out of service and remain in the open without security. The site was identified as a military-technical parking area of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet in Crimea.

“Almost all the equipment is obsolete, immobile, and abandoned. Many machines have clearly been out of order for a long time and are standing in an open field without proper protection,” the group reported.

The partisans argue that the condition of the machinery demonstrates the Russian fleet’s shortages of spare parts and difficulties with repair and supply. They added that the situation illustrates a critical decline in mobility and combat capability.

Earlier, it was reported that Atesh destroyed a camouflaged Russian UAV vehicle with electronic warfare gear in the Kherson region.
