On the night of September 25, a Russian attack drone was detected flying at a dangerously low altitude near the industrial site of the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant.

This was reported by the press service of Energoatom .

"Once again, Russian forces are endangering the nuclear safety of Ukraine's power plants," the company stated.

Energoatom underscored that no one has the right to compromise nuclear and radiation safety standards.

On September 24, Zelenskyy stated that Russia intends to attack three Ukrainian nuclear power plants, and Kyiv has the evidence to support this claim. The President also raised alarms regarding Russia’s use of Chinese satellites to photograph Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
