Russian Forces Launch 433 Attacks on Zaporizhzhia Region, Resulting in Civilian Casualties
On November 22, Russian forces conducted 433 attacks on 16 settlements across the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in the death of a 55-year-old man and injuries to an 11-year-old boy.
According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the strikes included aerial attacks, artillery shelling, and drone operations.
Aerial Strikes: Russian forces carried out 15 airstrikes targeting Zaporizhzhia, Tavriiske, Stepnohirsk, Lukyanivske, Mala Tokmachka, and Novopavlivka.
Artillery Fire: 185 artillery strikes hit Lobkove, Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Bilohiria, and Novodarivka.
Rocket Systems: 10 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) were reported in Lobkove, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Mala Tokmachka, and Novodarivka.
Drone Operations: 233 strikes by drones targeted Bilynke, Prymorske, Shcherbaky, Lobkove, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Bilohiria, and Novodarivka.
Fedorov stated that a residential area in the Zaporizhzhia district was struck, killing a man aged 55. In a separate attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia, an 11-year-old boy sustained injuries.
Local authorities reported damage to 28 residential buildings and infrastructure facilities as a result of the attacks.
