Around the same time, Russian forces also attacked a civilian vehicle traveling through Ruska Lozova. Two men were inside the car, and fortunately, they were able to escape in time. One of them, a 70-year-old local resident, sought medical help later, but fortunately, his life is not in danger.
In a separate attack, a Russian drone hit a truck in Izium, killing two men, aged 52 and 67. They were unloading firewood from a ZIL vehicle into a tractor when the drone struck. A fire erupted immediately after the hit.
Earlier, Russian forces violated their own declared “Easter truce” by attacking a humanitarian evacuation vehicle with FPV drones near Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, according to Yevhen Tkachov, the head of the Donetsk branch of Proliska.
Tkachov explained that at 8 a.m. on Easter Sunday, the mission was evacuating civilians from the village of Zoria in the Illinivka community. Among those evacuated were two elderly individuals and two families, who were traveling in their own cars behind the Proliska vehicle when the attack occurred.
